RETURN POLICY
Plants & Nursery Stock
Because plants are living products and require proper care, the following guidelines apply:
- Perennials, Shrubs & Trees: May not be returned, or exchanged once they’ve left the garden center property.
- Annuals, Tropical Plants & Houseplants: All sales are final due to their delicate and seasonal nature.
- We are unable to guarantee plants that have been exposed to extreme weather, improper planting, over/under watering, pests, or neglect.
- If you believe your plants have a quality issue, please take pictures and bring them to the store so we can evaluate. Our team will be happy to review your concerns.
Gift Items, Décor & Garden Accessories
- Any Item may not be returned or exchanged.
- Items are good when purchased.
- Seasonal and clearance merchandise is final sale.
Refunds or Exchanges
- Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for any item purchased.
