Lawn Mower Blade Sharpening
back to misc goods & services

A dull lawn mower blade doesn't cut your grass - it just rips through the grass blades leaving jagged edges that turn brown and makes grass vunerable to diseases. A sharp blade, on the other hand, shears off excess grass and produces a clean-cut tip. This promotes a faster, yet healthier lawn growth.

Depending on the size of your lawn, how many times you mow, and how much yard debris (fallen branches, etc.) is in your yard, you should plan on having your mower blade sharpened every 4-6 weeks.

As an added service to all our surrounding neighbors, Gramma's Gardens will gladly sharpen any blade you have. See list below for blade sharpening prices.
