Spring is a perfect time to care for your trees. When the tree is in full bloom, dead branches
are apparent. Clip all the small, sucker branches off the tree, and prune off any dead branches. This
will enable the tree to devote all its' energy to blooming healthy, and promote proper branch development.
Shape the tree by using a power pole saw, or simply use a manual pole saw. With regular hand clippers,
carefully clip all misc. branches inside the tree. If it's a smaller tree, get on a ladder and tweak
your tree to perfection.
Step away from the tree and eye-ball its' shape. Trees are very resilient,
so they respond to good care within a short period of time. Even as quick as the very next day.
