A long time ago I told my grandmother that I wanted to be a huge flower farmer. She then brought
me out a small box of various seeds and said, "Alright Larry, then start with these." Year after year
I diligently learned every aspect from her. From planting to transplanting, I quickly gained the knowledge
to mass produce flowers by the millions.
I believe if one has a passion for something, they
should take that passion to the extreme. Why settle for being a small producer, when you can be a big
conglomerate? Like everyone though, I struggle to make ends meet. Even in the face of a fickle economy,
I never give up.....life is too short to do that.
I used to be a small flower farmer, and in
sense I still am, but I really get excited about growing a lot of plants and flowers. When I can literally
pick arms full of fresh flowers, like pictured on this page, I realize I've reached a higher level of
accomplishment. That I was able to make use of my property in a postive manner, and turn it into a respectable
livelyhood. This is what makes me a happy.....to finally see my dream come true
